J.D. Whitlock, Founder

J.D. has been an IT professional for over 20 years, and is retired from the Air Force where he worked in healthcare IT management roles. He wrote a mobile app before it was cool back in 2003, and dabbled with web development in the early days of WordPress. His day job is Chief Information Officer at Dayton Children’s. J.D. always wanted to start a small business, and the idea for COSEO Internet Marketing was born when he read about the Arcade Innovation Hub being built just a couple blocks from his townhome in downtown Dayton. J.D. is married with two adult daughters, and in his spare time can be found at Dayton Dragons baseball games or riding his Triumph Bonneville motorcycle.

Ryan O’Shea, Customer Success Manager

Ryan is a recent graduate from the University of Dayton where he majored in Entrepreneurship. He has started his own business – Black Swamp Internet Marketing – and continues to help out with COSEO projects. Ryan has prior experience with sales and web development and has a passion for continuous business improvement and web development and SEO. In his spare time, Ryan can be found playing disc golf and camping. 

Hannah Flaugh, Customer Success Manager

Hannah is a Senior at the University of Dayton studying Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. She is passionate about using her writing skills and creative talents to bring entertaining and informative content to audiences. Hannah is a highly motivated and engaged student who is eager to help your business grow, while gaining hands-on marketing experience. Hannah enjoys the beach, her pup, and spending time with family and friends.

Hira Khalid, Web Developer and SEO Consultant

Hira is a Full Stack Developer and graduated in Computer Science from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom. Along with development, she has extensive knowledge of SEO as well. Hira is ready to help you build your conceptual ideas into fully functional applications and will help you in product marketing. In her spare time, Hira enjoys playing cricket and video games with her brother.
